Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was mixed. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the noise from the elevator and surrounding area made it hard to relax. The location was excellent for getting around, but the dining options left a bit to be desired.
I had a great experience at Park Plaza! The location is fantastic, right near transit options which made exploring Park City a breeze. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us, making our stay truly enjoyable. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable. I did wish for more variety during breakfast, but overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for value and convenience in a lovely setting.
I was really looking forward to a nice stay, but it ended up being a mixed bag. The room I booked was supposed to be a suite, but it was quite small and lacking basic amenities like windows, which was a letdown. The staff at the front desk were less than helpful when I raised my concerns. On a positive note, the hotel did have clean facilities and a decent kitchenette in the studio I stayed in after the room change. Overall, it was not the relaxing honeymoon starter we hoped for.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was ideal for my needs, conveniently close to downtown attractions and the ski resorts, which was a great advantage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I faced issues with the heating that made it quite chilly at night. Although the staff were friendly and eager to help with local tips and transportation options, the check-in process took longer than expected. Overall, I found it a decent place for the price, but there's room for improvement.
Our stay at the hotel was mostly positive, with clean and spacious accommodations, and a location that was super convenient for hitting the slopes and exploring local dining options. The service was attentive, and the shuttle service helped make travel easy, though there were a few minor hiccups during our visit, like an elevator outage and some maintenance issues. Overall, it was a great value for the price, especially with entertaining activities hosted by the resort.
